Wedding Contracts 

Please note that Wedding Contracts simply employ our services and are a completely separate cost from our Decor Packages.

This is our Elite Planning Contract. Everything offered in our Silver Package. Also included in this package is the service of contacting and communicating with all vendors for the bride, setting up any rental deliveries and pickups needed for the ceremony and reception, as well as consultations with a florist for selections and deliveries of all flowers needed for both the ceremony and reception. We will also be responsible for passing of payments. Luvone's Beautiful Occasions will take responsibility for setting up designated times for deliveries and pick-ups from chosen vendors. Client will be responsible for all physical set up, take down, and return of rentals. 


This is our Luxury Contract. Here we offer complete hands on services to clients. (Please see package information on following page for special details). This package includes everything offered in our Gold and Silver Packages, in addition to everything listed under Services Provided. With this package, we take responsibility for every area of your special day; including planning, both decor installation and take-down, rehearsals, and meetings with venues responsible parties, all returns, and the aftermath. We are present (as needed per event) from beginning to end. We handle all florals, payments, etc. We also help with the entire planning process 6 months to one year prior to your special day (depending upon notification from responsible parties).




This is our Stress Minimizer Contract.

It is one that simply minimizes stress and time for the client, couple, or client's families. This includes two unlimited consultations and planning sessions. We will work to help you figure out a feasible budget and formulate a décor plan for your special day. Vendor references will be provided for your choosing. This contract does not include any hands on decorating, take-down, payments to vendors, or meetings with any outside parties. Customer will be 100% responsible for employing vendors of choice, and working directly with them. Decorations prior to event, as well as take-down and returns to selected vendors will be the sole responsibility of bride or responsible party.




As a Day of Coordinator, we will be on board to ensure that your rehearsal and your day of goes smoothly. In this package, we offer two consultations and unlimited phone calls and emails. We will be present for a final walk through the week of the wedding, as well as at the rehearsal and for the entire wedding day. On the day of the wedding, the “Day Of” Coordinator will make sure that everyone is following the timeline that’s been established. We like to ask all of the vendors for their input regarding start times and anything that they need so that the timeline is a joint effort and not something that's planned separately. This creates a team environment and for a planner, it helps working with vendors, not against them. We ask that all Vendors work with Coordinator to guarantee a smooth, stress-free event.
